Troubleshooting

I can't sign in
- Confirm your email and password, or use Continue with Google if you registered that way.
- Clear site cookies for khoda.app and try again in a private window.
- Use Forgot password if you signed up with email.
- If you still cannot get in, email support@khoda.app from the address on your account.
Lesson or exercise progress looks stuck
- Finish all required sections — some lessons need every block viewed before Complete unlocks.
- Exercises need at least 70% to pass; below that you can retry but won't get completion XP.
- Hard-refresh the page or log out and back in to sync progress.
- Check your connection; progress saves when the server confirms completion.
Challenge ended early or won't start
- Ranked runs have about two minutes plus a short grace window — the server clock is final.
- If another path has an active run, confirm abandoning it when Khoda asks.
- You may be out of retries for the current window; free and premium limits differ.
- Challenges reset at midnight UTC — a run from yesterday cannot be finished today.
I don't see the Playground
- The Playground only appears when your main learning path is a programming course.
- Set a code path as your main path from the dashboard or path settings.
- You may have hit your project limit on a free plan — upgrade or delete old projects.
I paid but Premium didn't unlock
- Wait up to a few minutes — Paynow confirmations can be delayed.
- Return from checkout with the link in your email, or open Pricing while logged in.
- Log out and back in after payment succeeds.
- If it has been over 30 minutes, email support@khoda.app with your payment reference.
Offline or slow connection
- Khoda needs internet for lessons, challenges, and saving Playground files.
- Some lesson content can be downloaded for offline study on supported paths — look for download options in the app.
- If a page fails to load, refresh once you're back online.
