Challenges & your plan
Failed challenge retries refill on a rolling schedule. Premium Plus removes the retry cap. Practice runs (no ranked XP) are limited on free accounts. See Daily Challenges.
Billing & renewal
Paid plans are processed through Paynow. After checkout, Khoda activates your plan when payment is confirmed — usually within a minute.
You'll get email reminders before your plan expires (7, 3, and 1 days out, plus on the expiry day). When a plan ends, you keep free-tier access; premium-only perks pause until you renew.
Manage or cancel from your account settings. Renew anytime from pricing.
Schools & organizations
Teacher and classroom packages are separate from individual Premium. They include dashboards, invite codes, and student analytics. Read Partners & organizations or organization pricing.
Security
- Payments go through Paynow — Khoda does not store your card details.
- Subscription status is tied to your logged-in account on the server.
- Contact support@khoda.app if a charge succeeded but your plan did not unlock.
