Terms of Service

Effective date: June 6, 2026

These Terms explain the rules for using Khoda. By creating an account, joining a classroom, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Khoda, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What Khoda provides

Khoda is a learning platform operated by PixelPyre Technologies. It helps learners build coding, artificial intelligence, and broader digital skills through lessons, exercises, projects, certificates, social learning, and teacher-supported classrooms.

Some features use artificial intelligence to provide explanations, feedback, marking support, or recommendations. AI can make mistakes, so its responses should be treated as learning guidance, not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login details and account activity.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our permission.
  • If you are under the legal age to agree to these Terms yourself, a parent, guardian, school, or authorized institution must agree on your behalf.
  • Teachers and organizations must only access learner information for legitimate educational purposes and within the permissions learners have accepted.

3. Acceptable use

Use Khoda to learn, teach, create, and collaborate responsibly. You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or deliberately mislead others.
  • Post unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive content.
  • Cheat, manipulate progress, misuse certificates, or interfere with fair rankings.
  • Attempt to access another person's account, private content, or restricted areas.
  • Disrupt, damage, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass Khoda's security.
  • Use the playground, AI features, uploads, or other tools to run, distribute, or develop harmful code or content.
  • Use Khoda in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

4. Your content and Khoda content

Your work

You keep ownership of original projects, code, responses, images, and other content you create or upload. You give Khoda permission to store, process, display, and share that content only as needed to operate features you use, such as project previews, classrooms, feedback, and social sharing.

Khoda's work

Khoda's platform, lessons, exercises, designs, branding, characters, software, and original learning materials belong to PixelPyre Technologies or its licensors. Your account gives you a personal, limited right to use them for learning or approved teaching. It does not give you permission to copy, resell, or redistribute them.

5. Classrooms and social features

When you join a classroom, the relevant teacher or organization may see learning progress, exercise results, activity, and areas where support may be needed. Khoda explains this access before you accept an invitation. Teachers cannot access passwords, payment details, unrelated personal information, or private projects that you have not intentionally shared.

Profile details, rankings, achievements, shared projects, and interactions may be visible to other users where the related social feature is enabled. Please share thoughtfully.

6. Plans, payments, and subscriptions

  • Prices, plan duration, included features, learner limits, and other important details are shown before purchase.
  • Paid access begins after our payment provider confirms payment. Payment providers may apply their own terms.
  • Coupons, sponsored access, and promotional plans may have separate limits or expiry dates and have no cash value.
  • You may cancel an active subscription through the available account controls. Cancellation does not remove access already paid for before its stated expiry date.
  • Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the plan shown at purchase, the circumstances of the request, and applicable consumer law.
  • We may change future pricing or plan features, but we will not silently change the price of a completed purchase.

7. Certificates and learning results

Certificates reflect completion records held by Khoda. They do not guarantee employment, admission, professional licensing, or a particular outcome. We may correct or withdraw a certificate if it was issued because of an error, fraud, manipulated progress, or a serious breach of these Terms.

8. Account suspension and termination

You may stop using Khoda or request account deletion through the available account controls. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or protect the platform.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a user to contact us. Serious safety, security, or legal risks may require immediate action.

9. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Khoda reliable, secure, and useful, but no online service is always available or error-free. Features may sometimes change, pause, or be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or improvements.

To the extent permitted by law, Khoda and PixelPyre Technologies are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses caused by using or being unable to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Khoda grows or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice when a change meaningfully affects users. Continuing to use Khoda after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve any concern fairly and promptly.
